How to use conversation builder

Conversation builder has mainly 4 components-



  1. Data capture widgets

  2. Messages

  3. Action buttons

  4. Followup actions




Data capture widgets- are used to collect specific data from the visitor. You can connect all of these data widgets to CRM data fields in the corresponding widget's configuration pop-up.


Messages- are simply questions or messages with which you make the data capturing conversational as possible.


Actions buttons- These are basically buttons in your bot view on clicking which will jump the conversation to another path


Followup actions- Are used to make specific actions on achieving a goal like bookings. For example, you want to add a deal to CRM when someone books a meeting with supermeet.
